Are you looking for a medical writer who understands how to write specifically for doctors? Or a health writer who can write accurately about health that is engaging for consumers? Or a science writer who knows the significance of sample size, impact factor and peer-reviewed articles?

I have worked for major pharmaceutical companies (GSK and Bristol-Meyers Squibb) and a large medical indemnity insurance organisation. My broad industry experience has involved consistent delivery of medical education from medical students to senior specialist doctors. I have expertise writing for;

  • oncologists
  • paediatricians
  • general practitioners
  • cardiologists
  • geriatricians
  • hepato gastroenterologists
  • medical students
  • medical registars/doctors-in-training (HMO, RMO etc)

My writing reflects industry regulations, codes and practices.

I write with authority, without being directive.

I am compliant but am not afraid to use humour or tell a story.

Whether I am writing for doctors or consumers, I always produce evidence-based writing and have access to Cochrane reviews, up-to-date published journal articles, government and peak-industry bodies published reports and white papers, health news and medical experts. I am not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to a source for more information.
